Ingredients






2 whole tender coconuts
2 apples, peeled and cored
8 tablespoon sugar syrup
2 tablespoon lemon juice 4 apple fans for garnishing

Method






1.
Chill the whole tender coconuts thoroughly. Slice off the tops, drain the water and scoop out the flesh.
2.
Chop the apples roughly. Process the coconut water with the coconut flesh, apples, and sugar syrup and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
3.
Pour into individual glasses. Decorate with the apple fans and serve chilled.











Tips


Tender coconut water is a natural, safe and hygienic drink recommended for maintaining electrolyte balance and is also a good aid to treat dehydration. Apples are rich n pectin, an insoluble fiber, which aids in digestion.
